The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the latest outbreak of a rare strain of the Ebola virus in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Uganda a "public health emergency of international concern". The Bundibugyo strain has resulted in approximately 131 deaths from 513 suspected cases, according to Health Minister Samuel Roger Kamba. In Uganda, at least one person has died and two others have been infected, with over 120 people currently quarantined.
