Kisumu DG Protests Ksh 30M Allocation for Raila Odinga Mausoleum, Calls for Centre & Library

Kisumu Deputy Governor Mathew Owili protested the Ksh30 million allocation for the construction of a mausoleum for the late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, saying the amount is insufficient. Owili proposed a public-private partnership using the Ksh30 million as seed capital. The statement follows a tender by the National Museums of Kenya for the mausoleum.
