State Exam 2026: Over One Million Finalists Participate in Off-Session Tests

The preliminary tests of the 59th edition of the State Exam began on May 4, 2026, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with 1,079,675 candidates, including 482,557 girls. Education Minister Raïssa Malu praised the commitment of educational stakeholders and highlighted the increase in the number of candidates compared to 2025, despite the country's challenges. She encouraged candidates to demonstrate discipline and urged supervisors to act with rigor and impartiality.
