Bayern praise ‘humble’ Kane after Ballon d’Or win

Harry Kane won his first Ballon d’Or on Monday evening in his hometown of London. Bayern Munich assistant coach Aaron Danks praised the England captain’s professional and humble mindset, saying he was already focused on his next goal and upcoming matches. Since joining Bayern in 2023, Kane has won two Bundesliga titles and the German Cup; he is expected to be available for Wednesday’s German Cup match against Magdeburg. Danks also said head coach Vincent Kompany, hospitalized after collapsing at training on Friday, was improving.
