Federal High Court launches e-filing system in Lagos

The Federal High Court of Nigeria launched an electronic filing system at its Lagos Division on April 27, 2026. Chief Judge John Tsoho stated that the initiative aims to modernize court processes and improve access to justice. The system will allow lawyers to file cases online, thereby reducing delays and paperwork. The Lagos Division will serve as a pilot phase before extending the system to other divisions nationwide.

Mompha: Court closes defence’s case in alleged N6bn money laundering
