Finland ends drone alert amid regional fears of Ukraine war spillover

Finland has lifted the alert over suspected drone activities in its airspace, stating that the situation is returning to normal. Authorities initially responded by scrambling fighter jets and closing Helsinki's airport for about three hours. President Alexander Stubb noted that there is no longer a direct military threat, while Kimmo Kohvakka, director general for rescue services, described the response as a precautionary measure.
