Police deploy school protection squad in Ogun

The Ogun State Police Command has deployed a School Protection Squad to enhance security around schools as the 2026/2027 academic session approaches. This initiative aligns with the strategic agenda of Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, aimed at protecting students, teachers, and school infrastructure. Police Commissioner CP Bode Ojajuni emphasized the importance of collaboration with the Police Community Relations Committee to identify and prevent security threats.
