TAI Forum: Côte d'Ivoire Export Agency Connects Talents and Ivorian Businesses

In Abidjan, the Côte d'Ivoire Export Agency launched the TAI Forum to enhance the expansion of SMEs and the employability of young graduates. The African Talents International program allows young people aged 21 to 35 to undertake missions of 12 to 24 months in companies across the sub-region. Despite a growth rate of 6% in 2024, Côte d'Ivoire faces a paradox between the skills needs of SMEs and graduates seeking quality experience. The forum aims to create synergies between these two groups.
