Freight price for one kilogram of goods set at 2.5 USD between Kindu and Dar-es-Salaam

The freight price for one kilogram of goods between Kindu (DRC) and Dar-es-Salaam (Tanzania) has been set at 2.5 USD, while the reverse rate is 1.5 USD. This agreement was reached on April 3 between economic operators from Maniema and a Tanzanian delegation. FEC-Maniema is pleased with this decision, which is expected to facilitate economic exchanges in the region. The inaugural flight is scheduled for within a week, with a stopover in Kisangani.
