Oriire abduction: Children were beaten, teachers chained — Alamu, Principal

Principal Racheal Alamu recounted the 56-day abduction in Oriire, Oyo State, Nigeria. Children were beaten, male teachers chained and blindfolded, and victims were forced to trek through the forest at night to evade security. They survived on cocoyam, noodles, and water from a waterfall. Alamu and the rescued group were handed over to Governor Seyi Makinde.
