Funeral of Anicet Ekane: Dr. Muna Ekane appointed for organization

On April 13, 2026, the judge of the TPI rejected the incompetence exceptions raised by Anicet Ekane's widow, who passed away on December 1, 2025. Dr. Muna Ekane, one of the deceased's children, was appointed as the funeral administrator. The judge did not rule on the funeral date set for May 15 and 16, 2026, nor on the prohibition of certain third parties from attending.
