How my former deputy tried to remove me from office, take my seat - Kano Gov, Yusuf

Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf accused his former deputy, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam, of attempting to unseat him and take over his office. Abdussalam resigned amid impeachment moves by the state House of Assembly, but Yusuf stated he had not seen Abdussalam's resignation letter. The governor also questioned how Abdussalam was treated within the Kwankwasiyya Movement, asking why he was not given the political opportunity he reportedly sought.
