Gachagua to Move to Court of Appeal to Challenge High Court's Decision to Uphold His Impeachment

Former Kenyan Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has announced plans to challenge the High Court ruling that upheld his impeachment, proceeding to the Court of Appeal. He argues that the judges misinterpreted the law and ignored principles of natural justice, especially after the court found violations of his constitutional rights under Articles 25, 47, and 50.
