Gov Fubara approves promotion of Rivers civil servants

Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has approved the promotion of civil servants across all levels in the State Civil Service. A circular has been issued directing ministries, departments, and agencies to submit names of officers eligible for promotion between January and July 2026. The deadline for submission of promotion recommendations is set for May 31, 2026.
