The Trump administration announced the suspension of the $15,000 visa deposit for foreign supporters of the 2026 World Cup, co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This measure applies only to ticket holders who used the FIFA PASS system before April 15, 2026. Among the 50 affected countries, Algeria, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Senegal, and Tunisia, all qualified for the tournament, will benefit from this exemption.
