I never got instruction from ex-Gov Bello, others, on disputed Abuja Property - EFCC witness tells court

The 14th prosecution witness in the money laundering trial of former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello stated he never had any conversation with the three defendants regarding the disputed property. Ramadan Jibrin, a staff member of the Federal Capital Development Authority, admitted he was not present during the payment for the property and received instructions through Shehu Bello Bala. He also noted that he prepared documents for the transaction without having met the defendants.
