Rubio Says Ukraine Struck Ships Carrying American Oil

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio accused Ukraine of striking Black Sea ships carrying American oil. In a Breitbart interview on October 18, 2026, he cited oil companies saying their oil was aboard a ship hit by Ukraine and urged Volodymyr Zelensky to focus on ending the war.
