Ikeja Electric raises safety alert, warns customers against unauthorised electricians

Ikeja Electric Plc has warned customers against engaging unauthorised electricians following recent incidents involving fatalities linked to unsafe electrical activities. Olaniyi Olayiwola, Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment, urged customers not to allow unqualified individuals to work on the company's infrastructure. The company also provided updates on its Meter Asset Provider refund process, stating that eligible customers would receive refunds through credits applied to their vending transactions.
