Adam Oshongo Advocates for Revitalization of INERA Mukumari Station

Adam Oshongo, head of the INERA Mukumari station in Lomela (Sankuru), pleaded on June 15, 2026 for the station's revival during a visit by National Economy Minister Daniel Mukoko Samba. He highlighted that Sankuru province has significant agricultural potential but is hindered by isolation and lack of machinery. The station covers 2,445 hectares, including nearly 1,000 hectares of still-viable rubber plantations. Oshongo requested a tractor with a trailer to transport seeds to other territories.
