Negotiations between Iran and Gulf Arab states in Oman have been postponed at the request of some regional countries, Iranian media reported. The postponement follows an attack on an Iranian commercial cargo vessel in the Strait of Hormuz that killed one person. Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi stated that the delay was made in the interest of consensus and to support regional stability.
