In Côte d'Ivoire, over two billion CFA francs refunded to insured persons thanks to the Mediator

Since 2019, the Insurance Mediation in Côte d'Ivoire has refunded over 2 billion CFA francs to insured persons, with 96 complaints received in 2025, 61% of which relate to automotive issues. Mediator Ernest Assamoi A. highlighted a satisfaction rate of over 90% and announced an ambition to reach 300 annual cases. He encourages Ivorians to discuss their insurance contracts and seek help before signing.
