INEC okays Baba-Ahmed as PRP chairman, updates portal after Abuja convention

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has updated its portal to recognize Hakeem Baba-Ahmed as the National Chairman of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) following the party's convention in Abuja. This update clarifies the leadership structure of the PRP, which recently elected Baba-Ahmed and other members of the National Working Committee. The PRP, one of Nigeria's oldest political parties, also appointed key officials such as Mallam Buhari Haruna as Deputy National Chairman (North) and Comrade Muhammed Bello Ishaq as National Publicity Secretary.
