Insecurity: Troops rescue kidnapped victims, recover N8m ransom in Plateau

The Nigerian Army reported that its troops rescued kidnapped victims and recovered N8 million paid as ransom. Additionally, the Lagos Taskforce arrested 50 suspected hoodlums during a sanitation exercise. In a separate incident in Katsina, over 10 people were killed by gunmen. A member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) also lost his life in a crossfire during a robbery in Abuja.
