Israel confirms Hamas armed wing chief killed in Gaza strike

The Israeli military confirmed that Ezzedine Al-Haddad, chief of Hamas's armed wing, was killed in an air strike in Gaza. According to the military, Haddad was one of the last senior commanders in Hamas involved in planning the October 7 massacre and in holding many Israeli hostages.
