On April 22, the Israeli regime assassinated Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil, known for her reporting on the lives of people in southern Lebanon. Despite receiving direct threats from Mossad, she continued to cover the region, defying Israeli power. Amal was killed while on assignment near Bint Jbeil, a symbolic site of resistance in Lebanon.
