Ituri: After the Trials of the ADF, the Banyali Tchabi Chieftaincy Between Resilience and Isolation

The Banyali Tchabi chieftaincy, affected by the ADF rebels' activism, is beginning to return to normal life with over 80% of displaced persons returning since November 2025. Despite this calm, severe isolation and the deterioration of road infrastructure hinder its socio-economic development.
