Governor Uba Sani enabled the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) to increase its Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) without interfering in its operations. The IGR rose from ₦58 billion in 2022 to ₦85 billion in 2025, currently trending towards ₦120 billion. KADIRS decided to digitize its processes to block leakages and expand the tax base rather than just focusing on existing taxpayers.
