In Côte d'Ivoire, malaria-related deaths decreased from 1,534 in 2022 to 127 in 2025, as announced by Minister Pierre Dimba. During World Malaria Day, he emphasized the need for collective mobilization to achieve the 'zero malaria' goal by 2030. The use of insecticide-treated nets also increased, reaching 81% in 2025. Combined interventions, such as seasonal chemoprevention and the introduction of the malaria vaccine, have contributed to these results.
