JOJ Dakar 2026: Iba Mar Diop Stadium and Olympic Pool Received, Still Under Finishing Phase

Ministers Déthié Fall and Khady Diène Gaye received the Iba Mar Diop Stadium and Olympic Pool, key infrastructures for the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games. Although compliant with required standards, finishing works remain, including track marking. The Minister of Sports noted that renovations of the infrastructures are nearly complete and the official inauguration will depend on the presidential agenda.
