Jos attack: Why Tinubu addressed victims at airport - Presidency

The Presidency explained that President Bola Tinubu addressed victims of the recent Plateau attacks at the Jos airport due to logistical and scheduling constraints. After being briefed by Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang, he suspended a planned trip to Ogun to make an emergency visit to Jos. Upon arrival, further logistical challenges prevented a visit to affected communities, and representatives of the victims were arranged to meet him near the airport.
