Joseph Nkoy: 'The DRC will not be the first country to postpone elections due to war'

National Deputy Joseph Nkoy, elected from Kata-Kokombe, stated that the Democratic Republic of the Congo will not be the first country to postpone elections due to war. He emphasized that the security situation in the East of the country could justify a postponement of the elections scheduled for 2028.
