Jubilee raises dividends as net profit increases to Sh5.6 billion

Jubilee Holdings Limited raised its dividend per share by 11.1% to Sh15, backed by a 17.6% growth in net profit to Sh5.6 billion for the year ending December 2025. The total dividend distribution to shareholders will amount to Sh1.09 billion, up from Sh978.38 million paid last year. Jubilee chairman Zul Abdul attributed this growth to sustained revenue growth, improved operational efficiency, and a strategic focus on innovation.
