Justice Crack not in our custody — Army

The Nigerian Army clarified that popular blogger Justice Mark Chidiebere, known as Justice Crack, is no longer in its custody following concerns over his arrest. He was initially apprehended alongside soldiers after a post about welfare conditions in the military. While the soldiers involved remain in military custody, Chidiebere has been transferred to civil authorities for further investigation and possible prosecution. The Army reaffirmed its commitment to the rule of law in handling the matter.
