Kaduna gov signs MoU to boost power sector

The Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ASI Engineering Limited to reform the power sector and expand infrastructure. Kaduna State will invest N15 billion for a 5.54% equity stake in the company, translating to an indirect 4.13% stake in Kaduna Electric. This initiative aims to secure Kaduna's energy future and drive industrial growth.
