From April 30 to May 2, 2026, the sub-prefecture of Kalamon celebrated the 5th edition of the Kalamon Yepafori Festival, focused on cultural heritage and sustainable agriculture. On May 1, a delegation led by Hien Sansan Ludovic delivered medical supplies to the general hospital in Doropo, in the presence of Prefect Okou Tohoury Paulin-Martial. Human-powered pumps were also provided to several villages to improve access to drinking water.
