Kankan - Odienné: a twinning for the consolidation of Ivorian-Guinean fraternity

During the 86th edition of the great Mamaya festival in Kankan, the mayor of Odienné, Nassénéba Touré, and her counterpart from Kankan, Arafan Moussa Koulibaly, signed a twinning agreement between the two cities. The multisectoral partnership covers health, education, sanitation, culture, and youth socio-professional integration. Both mayors emphasized the importance of this decentralized cooperation for local development and the strengthening of historical and cultural ties between Côte d'Ivoire and Guinea.
