Kano: Garo has 90% chance to emerge as deputy governor —Doguwa

Nigeria's House of Representatives Majority Leader, Alhassan Ado Doguwa, stated that Murtala Sule Garo has a 90 percent chance of becoming the deputy governor of Kano State. He mentioned that Garo, a former commissioner for local government affairs, has significant support from political heavyweights. Doguwa urged Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf to select Garo as his preferred deputy governor, amidst competition from other candidates including Rabiu Suleiman Bichi and Kabiru Alhassan Rurum.
