Kano JSC denies fresh court ruling clearing Garo of corruption charges

The Kano State Judicial Service Commission has denied claims that a court dismissed corruption charges against former Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, Murtala Sule Garo. Judiciary spokesperson Baba Jibo Ibrahim clarified that the referenced judgment was delivered last year and that judges are currently on holiday.
