Kebbi's first batch of pilgrims depart for Saudi Arabia

The first batch of intending pilgrims from Kebbi State has departed from the Permanent Hajj Camp in Birnin Kebbi to perform the 2026 Hajj rites in Saudi Arabia. Governor Nasir Idris expressed gratitude to Allah and urged the pilgrims to conduct themselves as worthy ambassadors of Kebbi and Nigeria. Faruk Musa Yaro, Chairman of the Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, commended the state government's support and assured that all pilgrims would be airlifted directly to Madinah via Flynas.
