The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) announced progress in the construction of three major highways linking seven counties in the Western, Nyanza, and Rift Valley regions. The 815-kilometre project is funded by a grant from the World Bank under the Lake Victoria Basin Development Project. KeNHA is inviting consulting firms to express interest in updating the environmental and social studies required before construction begins.
