Kenya: Social Media Overtakes TV, Radio As Top News Source in Kenya

Social media has become the leading source of news for Kenyans, accounting for 39% of news consumption, compared to 31% for television and 21% for radio. This shift is attributed to increased smartphone usage and faster internet speeds. Despite this trend, Citizen TV remains the most watched station, while Radio Citizen leads in radio listenership.
