Kenya: Ouattara brings the African financing agenda to the Africa Forward Summit

Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara arrived in Nairobi to participate in the Africa Forward Summit, co-organized by Kenya and France, gathering over 30 African heads of state. He will speak on the reform of the international financial architecture, emphasizing its importance for the economic transformation of African countries. The summit, taking place at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre and the University of Nairobi, will address themes such as energy transition and youth employment. A Nairobi Declaration will be adopted on May 12, aiming to establish concrete investment commitments between Africa and France.
