Kenya Renews Support for Morocco’s Autonomy Plan for Western Sahara

Kenya has renewed its support for Morocco’s Autonomy Plan during the first session of the Morocco-Kenya Joint Commission, co-chaired by Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita. The country views this initiative as the only credible solution to end the Western Sahara dispute and expressed its intention to cooperate with like-minded states to promote its implementation. Kenya also supports the UN-led political process, recognized as the exclusive mechanism for achieving a sustainable solution.
