KNCHR Warns Public Over Fraudulent Compensation and Reparations Scams

The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) has issued a warning about a rise in scams related to compensation and reparations. Individuals are falsely claiming to facilitate these processes for a fee, while KNCHR provides all its services free of charge. The commission also clarified that it does not use mobile money accounts for transactions and urged victims to report any scam attempts to the authorities.
