Koumassi Campement: UCLM and Honorable Sangaré Yacouba come to the aid of displaced families

On Thursday, June 11, 2026, Honorable Sangaré Yacouba, MP for Koumassi, in partnership with the World Lebanese Cultural Union (UCLM) Abidjan section, distributed food and financial aid to families displaced from the Félix Houphouët-Boigny district (Grand Campement). The eviction operation, part of an urban sanitation program, left many households homeless. Sangaré Yacouba expressed compassion and assured that the Ivorian state would take measures to support the victims. UCLM President Mr. Haïda Salman reaffirmed his organization's commitment to supporting vulnerable populations.
