KRA Records Ksh2 Trillion Revenue in Nine Months as Performance Grows to 96%

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) announced that it surpassed the Ksh2 trillion mark in cumulative revenue collection, reaching Ksh2.038 trillion by the end of the third quarter of the 2025/26 financial year. This performance is credited to reforms that simplified tax processes and integrated digital solutions. Customs operations achieved a performance rate of 100.9%, while domestic taxes contributed Ksh1.301 trillion, reflecting a 10.4% growth compared to the previous year.
