KUCCPS Opens University Placement Portal, Sets May 6 Deadline for Applications

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has opened its application portal for students wishing to apply for degree courses. Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba announced that candidates who scored C+ and above in the 2025 KCSE can submit their applications until May 6, 2026. The portal includes 42 public universities and the Open University of Kenya, as well as 30 private universities eligible only for HELB loans.
