Kwara: Police arrest two foreign nationals in foiled kidnap plot

The Kwara State Police Command arrested two Togolese nationals, Yakubu Ismaila and Hadiza Kosia, for an attempted kidnapping and extortion plot in Baruten. The suspects demanded ₦22 million to abduct a resident. During interrogation, they confessed to their involvement. The police commissioner commended the operatives' swift response and urged public cooperation.
