Diphtheria Outbreak: 11 die in days as Niger records 124 cases

In Niger, 11 people have died from diphtheria in the Chanchaga and Katcha areas, raising concerns about the spread of the disease. Between January and early August, 17 deaths were recorded among 124 confirmed cases.
