ConCourt set to deliver long-awaited Phala Phala judgment

The Constitutional Court is in the final stages of preparing its judgment on the Phala Phala scandal, which has captivated public attention since a burglary at President Cyril Ramaphosa's farm in February 2020. The judgment is expected to be delivered within a month, as the EFF intensifies pressure over a delay of more than 480 days since the hearing. The EFF is challenging Parliament's decision not to adopt the Section 89 panel report, which found that Ramaphosa may have a case to answer.
